- Product Defect
If you receive a product with any manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof. - Wrong Size Delivered
If we deliver a wrong size that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for an exchange. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. - Exchange Option
Exchange is available for defective products or wrong size delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Exchange depends on stock availability.
- Customer Change of Mind
If the product is correct and defect-free, but the customer does not wish to receive or keep it:
The delivery charge must be borne by the customer.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) will also be the customer’s responsibility.
